Angie Calliou founded AVS Legal after nine years of providing virtual paralegal services through Advantage Virtual Services.
Her experience working remotely across a variety of legal environments led her to develop deep expertise in legal technology, workflows, and law firm operations. Through this work, she discovered a passion for helping firms leverage systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Today, Angie provides strategic leadership and oversees the long-term vision, growth, and partnerships of AVS Legal. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure exceptional client experiences, support innovation, and guide the continued evolution of the company.

Her focus is on creating an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation.
Led by Sasha Warawa, Technology Implementation Manager
Sasha oversees legal technology projects and implementation services, ensuring each engagement is delivered on time and aligned with the client’s goals. Working alongside the implementation team, she guides software configuration, workflow design, project planning, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to long-term success.

Tracy oversees bookkeeping services and internal operations, ensuring clients receive accurate, compliant, and dependable support.
